Senior Vice President - Applications Development & Integration

Associate - Application Developer

Senior Associate - Help Desk/Desktop Support - Trading

The Help Desk/Desktop Support person will be a very hands-on senior member of a team consisting of 2-3 people supporting the companys desktop hardware, operating systems and software including trading systems, and other applications. Senior Associate - Systems Admin - Windows & Unix

The Systems Administrator supports the companys Windows & UNIX server hardware, operating systems and software including trading systems, and other applications. In addition, the Systems Administrator will participate in technology planning for Windows & UNIX server infrastructure initiatives, deploys and maintains technical infrastructure including servers, storage systems, & SQL databases. Vice President - Portfolio Management

The Vice President - Portfolio Management will work closely with the portfolio mangers to execute the portfolios’ strategies, assess market and manager opportunity and risk, and have a demonstrated record of related work experience. The successful candidate will provide high level portfolio analytic support and qualitative judgment to the Portfolio Managers including: leading new manager diligence, independently meeting and vetting new managers for inclusion in the portfolio and proactively monitor existing portfolio investments, managers, and markets. He/she will work within the team structure to support external management’s IT, operations, and legal teams. The Vice President will have a strong record of academic achievement, success working in a team environment, and desire to have a career as a long-term institutional investor.

INVESTMENT OPERATIONS

Senior Associate - Treasury Operations

Treasury Operations is responsible for the monitoring and movement of all of HMC’s cash requirements and for maintaining multiple bank accounts held across a network of global custodian banks and Prime Brokers to settle and to safe-keep the company’s assets. The successful candidate for this position must be able to quickly learn the structure of accounts, the global custody network, as well as various internal and external systems such as Fxall, SWIFT and several proprietary custody systems. Treasury Operations provides structured projections to the Cash Management group to cover funding requirements for all foreign and domestic trade activity including securities transactions, forward foreign exchange contracts, derivatives, corporate actions and income. The group also ensures the confirmation of foreign currency and ensures the update to internal systems of those trades. The department is responsible for the overall management of all cash flows including the review and monitoring numerous currencies spread across approximately two hundred foreign bank accounts. The group ensures that all transactions are settled and allocated correctly among the local market accounts and appropriately reflected on HMC’s internal systems. Exceptions are investigated and resolved in a timely manner. Post-settlement responsibilities include claim investigations, posting of interest on balances and the verification and processing of global custody fees including manager allocations.
