Our dynamic and collaborative investment culture encourages our portfolio managers to actively explore opportunities within their sectors while also exploring investment opportunities in new and unique areas.
HMC's world-class operational structure supports our investment activities. Our support staff brings a wide range of expertise to our portfolio management, including risk and performance analysis, fund administration, accounting, legal and tax advice, and corporate administration. Our information technology team develops and implements the systems necessary to support these activities.
We operate in a continuous improvement environment. We actively encourage educational and training opportunities for our entire staff, including a tuition reimbursement program and the availability of in-house and outside training and development programs.
